How we got started. Establishing our provenance on chain was important to us to as a company born in Web3. Leveraging those proceeds taught us several learnings:<ul><li>We have a passionate community who shares our mission, vision, and values.</li><li>The need for novel educational content is imperative.</li><li>We can build a Web3 business while maintaining traditional business formation compliance.</li></ul> Our transformation is evolving beyond our original expectations. Since the migration of our learning center into a Web3 solution, it has become more aligned with our original expectations.<ul><li> Simplified</li><li>Higher degree of organizing content in a single view</li><li>Clean navigation for learners to customize their experience</li><li>Dedicated platform for contributors to be highlighted</li></ul> We established ourselves as a Web3 certified learning organization via deploying EAS schemas with every core course completion. We are adding new content weekly to complete a wide base of learning, covering emerging technology and degraded life skills that every person can benefit from. Current course offerings:<ul><li>Blockchain basics masterclass</li><li>Live art demonstrations</li><li>Live cooking classes</li><li>Emotional Intelligence</li><li>DeFi basics</li></ul> We also have tutorials available covering quadratic funding, liquidity pools, adding RPCs to Metamask, Layerswap, Clave Wallet, and more...... We have further developed our learn to earn program "Learn For Impact™". Funded through the efforts of two separate rounds we participated in for GG20; we have added additional emphasis on the meaning and value add of this program. We have curated impact tokens that make a real world or Web3 impact, namely $USDGLO $EARTH $CCC $GROW, mechanized as rewards for our learners to benefit from. This creates not only a benefit to the individual but the entire public goods ecosystem in terms of distribution mechanisms for these impact tokens. The road forward for expansive impact. We currently have 4 courses in development covering the following topics:<ul><li>How to start a business</li><li>Demystifying Decentralized Finance</li><li>Financial Literacy</li><li>The Future of Business is Web3</li></ul> We are actively seeking new impact tokens tied to RWAs or DePIN emphasis to widen our portfolio. This will lead us into a new emphasis. A quote from our founder Will T "Creating equitable pathways across all economies regardless of sophistication, development, or support by banking or state systems is imperative." Introducing: Pathways for LATAM™ A new native program bringing communities into Web3 who are currently being blocked by banking institutions, financial systems that are unfriendly to alternative currencies, or government regulations that prevent their participation. We pilot LATAM first, that is the regional area where we have the deepest roots inside of our network. We partner with community leaders to create a mechanism for entry through existing Web3 solutions. Translating our content is in flight so leaners can learn in their regional language or a more globally adopted language of their choosing. Once a full quarter of work, learnings, and feedback has been completed we become more expansive with our focus to the Global South. Conclusion What has been built is a community of passionate people rallying around promoting equal access to education, regardless of background, environment, societal bias, etc., where learners and educators can thrive simultaneously. As we evolve and continue to grow we will further refine our processes into maturity being on the leading edge of novel educational modeling which in time will create a shift in the traditional paradigm.
