Flow State is a streaming funding platform & builder cooperative that makes working for and investing in the public good more sustainable.

We’re focused on two key ideas to create employment by the (network) commons for more builders:

• Streaming allocation mechanisms - Using the full potential of programmable money to deliver continuous funding where and when needed.
• Digital cooperative legal structure - Combining a traditional legal structure with web3 rails to reward impact creators and funders with rights to the org’s future cash flows (in a transparent, compliant way).

• Public good builders earn sustainable funding by delivering on their mission—fewer distractions hunting/shilling grants and more focus on growing impact and cultivating long-term supporter relationships.
• Donors make high-conviction funding decisions where and when they find something they care about rather than in chaotic, time-constrained voting periods. Think of it like a QF-supercharged Patreon where supporters invest in future value creation rather than providing one-off charity.
• Ecosystems attract, retain, and amplify talent. No one likes funding uncertainty, administrative delays, or capital inefficiency. Streaming grants are a competitive advantage on both sides of the impact funding equation.

Programmable money streams are awesome. They provide a foundation for more composable, capable, and efficient money. SQF is really just the start of what we can do with Superfluid-style streaming.

We've recently developed and released tools like Flow Splitters for teams, guilds (👀 more here soon), and communities to manage dynamic many-to-many streams.

We have a flexible, direct voting strategy (Flow Councils) queued up for the right partner/use case (hit us up).

And Flow State was recently included (along with Giveth!) in Superfluid's Streaming Programmatic Rewards campaign. It helped push our Octant SQF round over 25 ETH streamed to builders and 1,300+ concurrent donation streams!
